Q1 2024 US iOS Performance of Top Squad RPGs

Squad RPGs continue to engage mobile gamers, and Q1 2024 has seen varying trends across top titles on the iOS platform in the United States. Sensor Tower provides a closer look at the numbers and trends for these games.

RAID: Shadow Legends had a strong first quarter with its revenue peaking at nearly $1.4M in the last week of March, following a rising trend from January's $800K. Downloads showed a slight decline, starting at around 19K in the first week of January and dipping to 14K by March's end. Weekly active users saw a gradual decrease from 74K to 67K in the same period.

Star Wars™: Galaxy of Heroes also experienced revenue growth, starting at $560K and reaching a high of $883K in late February, before settling at $651K in the last week of March. Downloads remained stable with an average of 13K per week, while weekly active users fluctuated, ending with a slight increase to 315K from the starting 336K.

MARVEL Strike Force: Squad RPG saw its revenue fluctuate between $473K and $675K throughout the quarter. Downloads started at 18K and had a minor dip to 15K by March 25th. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, hovering around the 115K to 123K range.

Hero Wars: Alliance had a mixed quarter with revenue showing variability but ending on a high note at $774K in the last week of March. Downloads saw a significant drop from 81K in the first week of January to around 23K by the quarter's end. Weekly active users started at 121K and decreased to 87K.

Summoners War revenue was the most volatile among the top five, ranging from $194K to a peak of $826K in late January, before leveling off at $446K. Downloads were the lowest of the group, with a peak of 4.5K, and weekly active users showed an upward trend, growing from 85K to 99K by the end of March.
